Bisson has selected bio honeys from beekeepers identified from preferred geographical areas. Acacia honey: among the best honey flows of the year, this is drawn in June by a beekeeper in the Rhone-Alps region. Lightly colored and transparent, it is appreciated for its liquid texture and sweetness. Bio chestnut honey: from the honey flows of June and July. Amber colored, it is appreciated for its strong, woody taste and is recommended for those who love honeys of character. Bio lavender honey: from honey flows of July and August. It is made creamy by slow, regular stirring when poured into jars, ensuring a fine, homogeneous crystallization.
